KooLoader is a download manager similar to Orbit, FlashGet, etc, and whose objective is to control Internet downloads and make them as fast as possible. It can be programmed so that it starts at a set time. It also includes a bad connection recovery tool and a more than acceptable security level.
For example, the Clipboard Catch tool acts like a download filter, so that each time you copy a link or a program asks for a download, you are advised.
KooLoader has quite a basic interface, but it is still worth downloading.
